About
Rendering and plastering, from Narre Warren
Platinum Finish Rendering Pty Ltd is a Victorian company that renders, coats and plasters walls on residential and commercial buildings.
Who we are
One trade, done carefully
We work on the outside and inside surfaces of buildings: cement and acrylic render over brick and block, texture coatings over existing walls, and plaster finishes ready for paint.
Rendering is a trade where the result is on show every day. A wall that is slightly out of plane, a reveal that is not quite square, or a patch that reads differently from the wall around it will be noticed long after the scaffold has gone. That is the standard we work to.
The company is based in Narre Warren, Victoria, postcode 3805. If you are not sure whether your site is within reach, ask when you get in touch.
How we work
What you can expect on site
The practical side of having your walls rendered or plastered.
A clear scope
Before work starts we agree which walls are included, what preparation they need and which finish and colour you have chosen.
A protected site
Windows, doors, paving and garden beds are covered before any render is mixed, and kept covered until the finish coat is done.
Weather-aware timing
Render does not like extreme heat, wind or rain while it cures. Work is scheduled with the forecast in mind rather than against it.
